OEM/ODM services
1) Pantone colors ( Pantone C, Pantone U or Pantone TPX) are acceptable, If exact colors cannot be appointed, our designer will recommend the best match color for verification and approval.
2) You could provide your own design in JPG, AI or PDF files. Please note that letters have to be at least 4 cm to be readable on the mat. Avoid combinations of very similar colors with little contrast.
3) You may provide your logo or design image, we can produce by your sampies or technical drawings, we will send the finished art work for your approval before production.
4)We could provide customized packing base on certain MOQ quantity, and if the customized packing cost is different from our regular packing, the price change accordingly.

A: Yes, customers can pay the mould cost, and we could made the mould base on customers’ design, or if there is possibility, we could made by our own cost. We welcome customers’feedback or ideas for new products, and we are also willing to develop new products together.
Q8:What should I do if the received goods are damaged?
A: Within 15 days of receiving the goods, if there are broken one, please tell us and show us the detail proof so we can check and give replacement in the next order.
Q9. Can you provide OEM/ODM service?
A: Yes, we work on OEM/ODM orders. That means the material, design, colors and sizes will be made at your request, and your logo on your rugs could be customized.
