5. Q : For the artworks, what kind of format do you need ?
A : It would be appreciated if you can offer us the artworks in PDF format , but if you do not have artworks in PDF format , if have JEPG format in high resolution is fine
6. Q : What should we pay attention to the artworks making ?
A : All artworks of the cards should be with bleed and at least 300 DPI . When you convert the artworks in PDF format, it’d better to layout the file , so that we can not make any changes on it and there won’t be fort missing .
7. Q : I do not have my own design , can you make the design for me ?
A : Yes , we can make the artworks for you if you can offer us the pictures in high resolution. And there may have some design fee caused .
8. Q : How long does it take to finish 1000 sets cards ?
A: The exact lead time depends on the specification on the cards you need , but commonly it will take 12-15 days to finish . If you need the cards in urgent schedule, we can push our production department to rush for you .
