1、 Overview            In the process of machining, the phenomenon of high temperature of circulating oil often occurs. When the oil temperature exceeds a certain temperature, it will cause a series of problems, such as the reduction of machining accuracy, instability of action, reduction of consistency of machining quality, deterioration of oil quality and even damage of working parts. The oil cooling temperature control device (hereinafter referred to as the oil forced cooling device) can solve the above problems, and make the main engine work more reliably and efficiently.            Forced oil cooling device is divided into two series: ACO and ACOS. The independent oil pump can work independently in the oil tank of the main engine and connect with the oil tank through the oil inlet / outlet. The immersion oil forced cooling device is not equipped with oil pump, so it needs to be installed above the oil tank of the main engine. The copper tube under the oil forced cooling device is immersed in the oil in the oil tank.            The function of the forced oil cooling device is to cool the oil of the working host to ensure that it is within a certain temperature.            2、 Working principle and performance of main structure            ACO oil forced cooling device is mainly composed of refrigeration system, oil system and control system. The refrigeration system is composed of one or two independent compressor refrigeration systems, and each compressor refrigeration system includes a compressor. Condenser. Condensing fan. Thermal expansion valve. Plate heat exchanger and refrigeration pipeline. The oil system includes circulating oil pump. The plate heat exchanger and oil pipeline are also equipped with oil filter according to the actual needs. Pressure relay. indicator light. Rotary switch and button switch.            ACO independent oil cooler adopts R22 forced cooling mode, with an independent circulating oil pump inside, which can suck out the oil from the outer oil tank of the oil cooler and send it to the plate heat exchanger in the refrigeration system of the oil forced cooling device for cooling, and then send it back to the oil tank for continuous circulating flow. Its working principle is: the oil pump runs first, so that the oil in the oil system continuously circulates through the plate heat exchanger as the evaporator of the refrigeration system, and the temperature controller detects the temperature of the oil cooling. When the detected oil temperature is higher than the value of digital display temperature control When the current set temperature + set temperature difference, the refrigeration system starts to work. At this time, the low-temperature liquid R22 flowing into the plate heat exchanger in the refrigeration system exchanges heat with the high-temperature oil flowing into the plate heat exchanger, so as to reduce the temperature of the high-temperature oil and achieve the purpose of oil cooling. The cooled oil is sent back to the oil tank through the oil pump and mixed with the oil with higher temperature in the oil tank to ensure that the temperature in the oil tank is controlled within the specified range. When the temperature of the oil flowing into the forced cooling device is lower than the current set temperature of the digital temperature controller, the refrigeration system stops working until the return oil temperature is higher than the current set temperature of the digital temperature controller plus the set temperature difference again, the refrigeration system starts working again.            The plate heat exchanger of refrigeration system adopts corrugated metal plate structure, and uses split flow and countercurrent mode to exchange heat in two different fluids, thus greatly improving the heat exchange efficiency and giving full play to the refrigeration capacity of refrigeration system.            ACO independent system oil forced cooling device can also heat the oil according to the needs of customers, and the heating mode is electric heating / heat pump heating.            The oil forced cooling device uses NTC sensor to detect the oil temperature on the digital temperature display temperature controller, and the temperature controller compares the measured oil temperature with the set temperature to automatically control the refrigeration system. The setting temperature value of refrigeration / heating can be set directly on the operation panel of the digital display temperature controller by the user according to the actual use requirements, so the operation is simple and convenient.            ACO independent oil cooler has high / bottom pressure protection, oil pump / compressor / fan / overload protection and short-circuit protection / power supply phase sequence / missing phase protection, compressor delay protection, etc. in addition, oil filter, pressure relay, oil flow switch or oil over temperature protection can be added according to the use needs. All the above protection functions can provide corresponding fault display, which is convenient for users to judge and deal with faults. Provide passive contact alarm output and interlock with main equipment to ensure reliable operation of oil forced cooling device.
