Working Principle

Reciprocation of plunger drives hydraulic oil, hydraulic oil drives the diaphragm to reciprocate, so as to suck in and discharge the liquid.

◇ It is widely used in toxic, flammable and explosive chemical liquid conveying, it’s safe without any leakage

◇ High measuring precision, adopt unitary sleeve adjustable eccentric mechanism with patent, the stroke can be adjusted within 0 ~ 100%, the measuring precision can reach ±0.5% (the adjusting range of 10% ~ 100%)

◇ Adopt automatic oil supply and built-in safety protection technology, with mutual linkage of diaphragm-limit valve-compensating valve-built-in relief valve.

◇ The flow control way is diversiform, can be manual, electric, pneumatic, variable frequency regulation.

◇ It can be two or more parallel up to 12 heads.

◇ Single head maximum flow up to 12100 l/h, maximum pressure up to 70MPa

◇ Wetted parts material: 304, 316, 316L, 904, Hastelloy C, PVC, PVDF,
