4.Property
Non-solvent one component reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive, apply to hot melt adhesive machine, it is specially used for the combination of split leather and synthetic leather or microfiber substrate. has good initial adhesion and final strength at the appropriate temperature. After curing, the hand feels soft, the peeling strength and washable are excellent.
5.Operation:
suitable for a variety of heating plates and heat containers. Recommended process conditions as follows:
Using temperature:110℃-130℃(adjusted to your company’s desired viscosity)
Coating amount:12-20 g/y2(according to your own needs)
Opening time:3-6minutes(related to temperature, substrate)
Curing time:24hr(related to product placement temperature and humidity)
6.Caution notes
1.Store it in dark place sealed
2.It can be stored for 12 months without change in quality
3. This product need naturally dry, can not be humidified. After compounding, the product should be elevated and can not be placed on the ground. It is recommended to be placed in a room with controlled temperature and humidity(such as temperature 23℃-25℃, relative humidity 69%)
