This oven is used LPG and Natural gas as energy,using international brand burner.In this type of oven the heat is transferred to the dough pieces by means of hot air.This air is taken to high temperature by a burner,using a heat exchanger in order to avoid any contamination of the air that comes into contact with the product being baked. This type of oven is more scientific and safe,High efficiency,rapid heating,save energy,clean and simple operation. The final products taste nicely and bright-colored.
