A:1)For the sofa fabric, we can provide max. 0.5m fabric for free, but you should pay the shipping charge. As for the sample books and hangers, we will charge fees and you’d pay for the shipping charge too. Once the order placed reaches MOQ, the charge of sample books and hangers will be returned.
2)For the protective mask, we can provide max. 5pcs for free.
3)For the pet bed and cushion, we shall charge the sample.
Q2: If I have my own designs and quality, can you OEM for me?
A:Yes, of course. We can make the goods with your special requirements. We will make the pre-production sample for you first within 7-10days. If you’re satisfied, we will arrange the bulk production.
Q3: If my purchasing quantity is not enough for your MOQ, how to do it?
A:Please feel free to contact us. We will recommend you some similar designs that can be ordered in small quantity for choosing. Meanwhile, if the time is not urgent for you, we will keep you on the waiting list. When other customers order the same products, we will put your quantity together for the production.
