Hydrophilic Silicone Emulsion for Cotton EM-4130

It is a terpolymer of siloxane, polyamines and polyether. It is the upgraded products of common amino Silicone Emulsion, overcoming the bad stability and easily-yellowing. It is different from traditional Silicone Emulsion structure and no need adding emulsifier. Low yellowing, instant hydrophilicity and easy stripping to change dyeing.

Scope of Application
It is specially applicable to the softening finish of 100% cotton towels. It imparts the fabric with good soft, fluffy and smooth effect. It can be used alone or mixed with other softener.

1. It has emulsifying ability, no floating oil, no silicon spot, no sticking
2. Acid and Alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, high shear resistance
3. Very low-yellowing, suitable for finish of light-color fabric;
4. It imparts fabric fluffy, soft, smooth, waxy, full and natural handle feeling.
5. It will not affect color fastness, not easy to cause fading and easy stripping to change dyeing

Application Method
Padding method: EM-4130A, 10-20g/L(10% solution), room temperature
Immersion method: EM-4130A, 2-5% (10% solution)(o.w.f).
Process: immersion(20-30mins room temperature)→dehydration→drying(120℃ )
