Industrial preservatives XK-BIT

This product is a kind of newly preservative,which can be kindly used in the water system,such as latex paint,waterborne wood coatings,adhesives,emulsion,liquid metal processing and printing ink.

Chemical composition: 1,2-Benzisothiazolin-3-one

1,This product has a high effect of bacteria,fungi and saccharomycetes.

2,It can be complemented with all kinds of emulsifier,surfactants and other components.It also can be mixed with water and alcohol.

3,The PH is 2-12.

4,High stabiity:it can be stored plainly with the temperature of -20℃-40℃，the effective components is sufficient at 150℃.

5,Low toxic,no heavy metal and halogen compounds.

6,It can be mixed with amine compounds.

7,No formaldehyde,light odor.

It is used in latex paint,waterborne wood coatings,solution,glue,ink and so on,the normal using of concentration is 0.05-0.4%(w/w),while the concentration is 1%-2% when it is used in metal processing liquid,and the concentration is depend on whether the product is liable to be eroded by the microorganism as well as the storing environment of it.

Storage:25kg,200kg closed plastic barrel package.12 months in normal temperature.

Notes:this product can be wholely processed,but it should be treated above 50℃,and the last program under 50 ℃.
