Introduction

Mingze Casters’ Japan Type PU mold on Steel Rim Caster is economical, not just offers lower rolling resistance than rubber wheels, and secure floor protection. Polyurethane tread is permanently attached to a metal core, which provides a buffer zone, excellent mobility and extended life under extremely heavy load. High capacity polyurethane floor protection, unmarked, provides quieter operation than standard metal wheels. The PU on steel rim casters is also called Japan Style Casters, it is easily seen from the name that it is originally from Japan design and application for the industrial areas. The caster is made of PU wheel tread and the wheel center is made of high grade pressed steel; caster loading capacity could reach 400 kgs, housing types look the similar our of Japan original design. With double ball trace way that makes casters flexible and swivel good enough. The side brake is without a penal but a brief steel bar for the breaking function. Antibacterial characteristic makes the casters suitable for carriers for food industries.
