A desirable feature of our KRHII emulsifying mixer is the movable stainless steel homogenizer, which is located at the base of the mixing unit but is able to be lifted up and down. When the homogenizer rotor is at its highest position, it draws materials into the homogenizer from the top, where they are intensely mixed at a high shear rate. Centrifugal force drives the materials to be periphery of the homogenizer before they circulate back, which forms an internal circulation. The emulsifying mixer is suitable for producing various mid and high-class powdery or oil-in-water based cosmetics. Main parts Model KRHII emulsifying mixer is made of an emulsion tank(with movable lid and tiltable tank body),bottom high-shear homogenizer, premix tank, vacuum suction mechanism, heating and cooling system, and electrical enclosure.
