 4, Before delivery the goods out ,you can come to our factory check goods or we can take pictures for your reference. 

5, After checking no problems,you pay us Balance,then we delivery out goods to you.

1. How can we get a quote?

Please offer the specifications of the product,like material, size, quantity, surface treatments, better with sample photos.

2. What format of design file you need for printing?

AI or PDF format

3. What's the trade terms and payement terms?

EXW/FOB/CIF terms.

4. Can i get some samples? Any charges?

Yes, you can get available samples in our stock. Free for real samples, but freight cost. 

5. May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?

Yes. We will make the final artwork for you to check,then make samples after you confirmed.

6. What about the lead time?

It depends on the your inquiry.We can make labels within 2-3days,but if the products is complicated,need more than 10days,so it depends on what you needed.

7. What kind of shipping way I can choose?

DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.
