HV1 can be used on contact work copy from master pattern.
In this case, Metal hallide or high-pressure marcury lump source is suitable.
HV1-P has a protection layer, that is stronger about 2 times in scratch, from HV1.
It is most populer structure at 4.8mm thickness over 20 inches.
HV1-MP is matted type of HV1-P, that has about 3μm sphere shape plastic matte
for shorten vacuum time.
