Payment Terms

1. We can accept direct online Alipay Payment Term Escrow. We also accept Paypal, Western Union and TT payments.

2. Full payment must be made within 7 days after placing your order, or the order will be canceled by our system.

3. Make sure that you have filled in the required buyer information including contact name, address, zip code and telephone number.

Shipment

4.We use 7 different courier delivery service:

• FedEx Express

• United Parcel Service (UPS)

• DHL

• EMS

• TNT Express

• Hongkong Post Air Mail

• Hongkong Post Air Parcel

Note:DHL/UPS/Fedex Express usually takes about 3-5 working days to the destination. And it's about 5-8 work days by EMS or TNT. Hongkong Post Air Mail and Hongkong Post Air Parcel takes 7 to 30 days to ship to worldwide.

5. We will send the goods within 5 business days after the full payment has been confirmed. If the payment cannot be received, your order will be closed automatically.

6. We are responsible for any inconvenience caused by shipping service such as damaged goods, delays, etc. However, the buyer is responsible for any tax and/or duty charged by their country. And the goods will be marked as "gift" or "sample" for easy customs clearance and lower charges. In case you would like to declare the goods under another item name, or specify a value for custom, please let us know when ordering.

Return policy

7. All the goods are inspected before shipment. If you happen to be unsatisfied with the purchase, you must contact us within 24 hours of the receipt of your purchase.

8. For any purchase your are not satisfied with, we will credit a full refund of the order less the total shipping charges including any return charges.

9. Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging and with the original receipt.

10. For any items returned, please let us know the tracking number.
