4: Q: Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?

    A: Sure. We have a professional development team. And we’ve made OEM and ODM items for many customers. You can tell me your idea or provide us the drawing. We will develop for you. As to the sample time is about 3-7 working days. The sample fee is about USD60 ,and it will be refunded to you when you place order. 

5: Q: What is your delivery time?

    A; 25-35 days after receive deposit

6: Q: What's is the payment term?

    A: 30% deposit, 70% balance should be paid before delivery. (T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, Alibaba Trade Assurance)

7:  Q: What about the shipping cost?
