Open frame glass curtain wall is the most traditional form, which not only has a large number of applications and a wide range of applications, but also has stable and reliable performance. The glass of the exposed frame glass curtain wall is embedded in the aluminum frame, forming a curtain wall component with aluminum frames on all sides. The curtain wall components are embedded on the crossbeam, forming a facade with exposed crossbeam columns and clear aluminum frame separation. Compared to concealed frame glass curtain walls, it is easier to meet the requirements of construction technology level.
The skeleton material of the exposed frame glass curtain wall mainly adopts aluminum alloy profiles, usually using LD31 alloy hot extrusion profiles in the curtain wall. It is a profile that is rapidly cooled through high-temperature extrusion molding and anodized surface treated in an artificial aging state (i.e. RCS state).
It has the advantages of good sealing, high insulation performance, high strength, and color variability.
