Introduction to JK-K8 equipment structure:
1. This machine adopts a fully automatic feeding method, which means that only a batch of raw materials need to be placed in the storage area to achieve automatic feeding → automatic feeding → automatic feeding

2. The feeding machine adopts an automatic arrangement method. The pipes in the storage area are sequentially fed into the discharge area by the transmission mechanism, and the discharge area is limited in position
The arrangement will ensure the orderly discharge of pipes, and changing the pipe diameter requires adjusting the limit height through a handwheel device.
3. The feeding is completed by combining a 5-wheel drive device with a cutting and pulling device. The materials in the discharge area are fed into the feeding area by a pneumatic jacking device. Six feeding rollers clamp the pipes, and the driving wheel circularly rolls to feed the pipes into the starting position of the chuck to cut the head material. The head material cutting is completed by the pulling device in conjunction with the laser head movement based on the graphic data to achieve precise cutting. This structure has a short feeding interval and no need to reset the feeding cycle, greatly improving cutting efficiency.
4. The chuck adopts a four jaw hollow rotary pneumatic chuck, which can rotate up to 150 revolutions and has a fast clamping response time. Due to the use of equal diameter chucks, it will not pinch or damage the surface of the pipe. After specialized training, personnel with job qualifications need to replace corresponding clamping blocks of different specifications to save costs and time, with a replacement time of 3 minutes.
5. The control system is self-developed by Jingke and adopts high-performance controllers. The human-machine interface is friendly and easy to learn.

9. Water chiller:
