We are both two way radio factory and trading companies in our group. Quanzhou Helen Telecomm is the manufacturer of our own brand radios and accessories. It also provides two way radio OEM business. Shanghai / Beijing Helen Telecomm is in charge of domestic radio trading business, while Shanghai Best Goods International is responsible of overseas business. We have 25 years of two way radio manufacture and wholesale experience.

Q2: What's the MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)?
The MOQ is 1 piece. We care for every customer. We fully understand your hesitation especially when we trade for the first time, we provide 1 piece minimum order and sample order for you to consider before the bulk order.

Q3: Can I get a sample before the bulk order?
Sure, we provide samples for our distributors or customers. We charge sample fee from new client, but will refund the sample fee when the order reaches 500 pieces.

Q4: Do you provide customization?
Yes, OEM and ODM are all supported, you can contact us to send the requests.

Q5: When will you ship the order?
We will deliver the sample / small / medium orders (on stock) in 1-3 days. And for OEM or bulk orders, usually 3-10 days.

Q6: Can I track my order?
Yes, we will send you the tracking number once the products have been sent out. Usually you can search for the tracking number on the Internet in 2 days.

Q7: What payment options do you accept?
