Generally, there are two ways to deliver goods: logistics ( transportation via air/ocean ) and express delivery

1. Damage problem: if the damage is caused by transportation, provide the damaged pictures, and we will send the replacement parts, and free of charge for those fee.

Warranty service: 3 year warranty: from the date of purchase, if there is any electrical fault under normal use, it can get three years free warranty and life-long-Term cost maintenance service (except for light source, remote controller, ballast and driver).
