Description:

The form fill seal packaging machine can be used to pack powder product such as milk powder, detergent powder, coffee powder, pesticide, and also can pack liquid, thick liquid and  granuleetc. with corresponding measuring and filling device. The filling speed can up to 70 pcs/min max.

The form fill seal packaging machine can automatically finish bag forming, filling, easy tear notch making, print date, finished bag discharged. Reclosable zipper, spout, nitrogen flushing, unique bag shape, hole and round corner punching are opti

Features:

1.  Advanced double frequency conversion control technology.
2.  Reduce the transmission mechanism, low noise, easy to maintain.
3.  LCD, easy to operate.
4.  Continuously variable transmission(CVT), both bag length and speed are controlled by frequency converter.
5.  Bag length adjusting and photoelectric tracking are operated on the screen display, just setting, no need to manual.
6.  Vertical sealing width adjustable. And vertical sealing wheel direct heating, with clear ad beautiful sealing lines.
7.  When machine stops, horizontal sealing angle can be set freely.
8.  Equipped with NSK bearing and German SICK sensor.
9.  Carbon steel.
