N52 Rare Earth Magnets
1. Production Introduction
Sintered Neodymium rare earth magnets can be further divided into high performance Neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) and ordinary NdFeB. High-performance N52 rare earth magnets materials are widely used in new energy vehicles, wind power generation, energy-saving inverter air conditioners and other fields.
Ordinary NdFeB is mainly used as large strong magnets or small powerful magnets in magnetic adsorption, magnetic separation, electric bicycles, luggage buckles, door buckles, toys and other fields, and the performance of high-performance NdFeB is much higher than that of ordinary NdFeB, which can reduce the size of its application products and reduce lightening costs. The weight of the product also provides higher efficiency, and is widely used in fields with high technical barriers such as new energy vehicles, wind power generation, energy-saving inverter air conditioners, energy-saving elevators, and industrial robots.

-Neodymium magnets features higher remanence, higher coercivity, higher energy and lower Curie temperature than other rare earth magnets. If neodymium magnets include dysprosium and terbium, I will have higher Curie temperature that can stand higher working temperatures, usually not more than 200C°.
-Application: electric motors, speakers, electronics, medical equipment, wind turbines, aerospace, toys, magnetic tools and other fields
4. Production and Testing
Main Process flow: raw material - smelting ingot/spinning belt - powder making - profiling – sintering - grinding - cutting - electroplating - finished product.
Main Testing: dimensions Inspection, gauss test, magnetic flux test, magnetic property test, salt spray test, coating thickness test, pulling force test.
