N95 Automatic Mask Machine
In order to improve the working efficiency of the flat mask production line, the company makes full use of its technology and now develops and manufactures the N59 fully automatic mask machine, which realizes the fully automated production of the machine.
This machine is used for the integrated molding of the N95 automatic mask machine. The industrial process is the incoming embossing and cutting molding; unwinding material, three layers of non-woven fabric, and one layer of velvet cloth; knurling and cutting for one-time forming. Computer PLC programming control, high stability, low failure rate and low noise. It adopts Taiwan imported servo motor and stepper motor drive with high precision.
Mechanical characteristics：
1. Fully automated production of folding mask equipment, using servo program control to complete automated production.
2. Fully automated production of masks from material input to finished product output can be selected according to customer requirements such as automatic sponge strip, upper breathing valve and printing functions.
3. If equipped with two sets of welding ear loop machines, the speed can reach 70-80 pcs/min, realizing efficient and stable production.
