Sintered Ndfeb permanent magnet is produced by powder metallurgy. From material preparation to finished product delivery, it
generally goes through more than a dozen process links, including several detection and analysis in different stages.The whole
production process is a system engineering, linked together. Generally, production of ndfeb is a big, complicatedand interlocking
system.The process of producing the blank of the magnet is called the “pre-production”, and the process of processing the blank
into the final product is called the “post-processing”. Magnetic material manufacturers are mainly divided into two categories,
one is the manufacturers that have both the “Pre” and “Post”processing, and the other is the processing manufacturers that focus
on the “post process”.

Manufacturing Technique
Manufactured Technique of neodymium magnet
It is sintered neodymium magnet, it is a powder metallurgy technique.The smelted alloy is made into powder and pressed into a compact in a magnetic field. The compact is sintered in an inert gas or vacuum to achieve densification. In order to improve the coercivity of the magnet, an aging heat treatment is usually required.
Now let me introduce its manufacturing processes.
1. Preparing the raw material
Raw material, Pr Nd alloy, Fe, B, and etc.
2. Melting
There are 2 melting furnaces in
our company,
which can produce 12 hours per day,
4 hours per furnace, 300KG per

3. HDDR
There are 3 hydrogen furnaces in our company, which work continuously 24 hours a day, 200KG per 6 hours.
It could make the alloy strips into powder.
4. Vacumm Jet Milling
it compresses nitrogen gas and uses special the nozzle is accelerated into a supersonic airflow and injected into the crushing area to fluidize the material.
After smashing, the inside of the machine will be divided and collected according to the diameter of the powder. Get the level of granularity we need.
5. Pressing
Put the powder obtained by jet mill into the designed mold,
Under the magnetic field of the model.
The molding machine is generally divided into automatic and manual according to the pressing method.
The magnetic powders is placed in a vacuum bag, its physical form is still powder.
7. Sintering
Sintering is to change the formed powder object after ultra-high temperature.
Process into a dense formation.
Test the magnets after coating,
Main test contents are tolerances, chipping, and other outlooking.
Projector to test the tolerance of special shapes' magnets.
The machine to test the coating's thickness.
