The mixed oil from the bottom of the absorption tower contains rolling oil and adsorbing oil. The components of rolling oil and adsorbing oil are different. The mixture is separated by vacuum heating distillation, then condensed into liquid separately, and recycled.

Oil mist recovery and regeneration equipment (outdoor)

The gasification and atomization oil mist produced during cold rolling mill rolling can be recovered by packing adsorption. Its function is to make the gas-liquid two phases fully contact, so that the solute can be transferred from the gas phase to the liquid phase through mass transfer process, and a certain height of regular packing is filled in the tower.
