Flow process and control mode

Feed - rust removing machine - straightening - paint - drying - planer - straightening inspection-processing equipment and conveyor - code - repaint- oil coating - packing (manual).
The whole line is automatically transferred to PLC control and pneumatic control. The sketch map of the flow process is shown in the general plan of the workshop.
