Q: How to place an order?
(1) Quality sample check
(2) Client make 30% deposit after receiving our PI
(3) Client approves our quality sample, and get the testing report if any necessary
(4) Production
(5) Both parties confirmed the way of transport
(6) Arrange the transport
(7) Client arrange necessary documents and send copy of these documents
(8) Client finished the balance payments
(9) Supplier sends original documents or telex release the goods
Q: How to solve the quality problems after sales?
(1) Take photos of the problems and send to us.
(2) Take videos of the problems and send to us.
(3) Send problems sample by express to us.
(4) After confirmed problems, such as caused by machine etc, we will take charge of it and draw up the satisfied program for you.
- Step 1Find your interested products by search keywords
- Step 2Contact the supplier by clicking ”Enquire” or “request meeting” button, otherwise, you also could consult our import consultant.
- Step 3After verifying your email, get response from suppliers or our trade manager will contact you as soon as possible
- Step 4Set up meeting with the Chinese supplier without language barrier
