Product Feature   

This product is high molecular weight modified wax via specific processing, it can endure temperature up to 150℃. It has the following characteristics:

· Highly Smooth hand feeling, no irritant to hands.

· Narrow particles size distribution, uniform particles size.

· Easy to disperse, good compatibility with resin, can be used in water-borne system and solvent-borne system.

· Stable chemical property, anti-ultraviolet ray, anti-solvent, anti-heat, extensive range of applications.

Typical Application

The product is recommended to be used in the wood coating, industrial coating, coil coating and ink.

Usage

This product can be added during any of the processing, no grinding after the addition, to prevent any change of the product appearance or particles size, consequently influent the performance.

Supplementation Ratio

The recommended supplementation ratio(ratio of the gross ingredient) is 3.0-8.0%, please choose the best supplementation according to the different demands actually.

Package and Storage 

The product is packed by 20kg/paper bag, please store it in a cool and  dry place. The storage period of the product is up to 24 months at least, since the delivery date. After it all, the product should be inspected  before usage.
