BSN Nitrogen generator, based on Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology using state of the art Carbon Molecular Sieves adsorbents.
Due to that the absorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen varies largely from difffferent pressure, reducing the pressure can make the carbon molecular sieve release the absorbed oxygen molecule and regenerate the carbon molecular sieve, so as to realize repeated recycling of it.
It adopts the technique of two absorption towers, which one tower absorbs oxygen and produces nitrogen another tower releases the absorbed oxygen and regenerates the carbon molecular sieve. This cyclic alternating pattern can produce high-quality nitrogen continuously.
Industrial nitrogen:
According to the purity of nitrogen in the national standard, it is divided into three grades: industrial nitrogen, pure nitrogen and high purity nitrogen, and their purity are 99.5% (O2 ≤ 0.5%), 99.99% (O2 ≤ 0.01%) and 99.999% (O2 ≤ 0.001%), respectively.
