PTFE graphite packing is made from expanded pure graphite yarn, braided into packing through all kinds of technology of braiding. It can be divided into expanded graphite braided packing with inconel wire inserted, expanded graphite braided packing with fiberglass, expanded graphite braided packing impregnated with PTFE dispersion, expanded graphite braided packing with less weight loss etc.
PTFE packing is made of 100% white expanded PTFE yarn. It contains no impregnant, has no lubricant, and has no finsh treatment.STYLE 6000EXP is designed for use in valves, but can be used in other low speed services. STYLE 6000EXP can be adjusted very finely and reduced to extremely low levels. STYLE 6000EXP is suitable for valves and pumps used in food processing. Pharmaceuticals, paper mills, fiber plant, where high purity and corrosion resistance is required.
