JUR-627 is a reactive hot melt adhesive which is High Initial Strength based on polyurethane for lamination of textiles as fabric, EVA and TPU film.
This product has been formulated to give very high initial strength, excellent final strength, wash-cleaning resistance and good flexibility after final curing.

Suggested Application Temperature: 90 - 120°C (short-term 140°C), suggest 100°C

Application Method : Nozzle or coating roller systems.
Open Time: Depends on procedure, temperature and substrate, but typically ca. 10 minutes.
Storage Life : Six months in unopened pails and drums and under dry conditions at 0 ~30°C.

Health and Safety :
To minimise the risk of burns, the use of eye protection and protective clothing is recommended when working near a hot melt applicator. To minimise the risk of flammable vapours, do not exceed a melt temperature of 200 °C.
