Plastic recycle granule HDPE - HWPC
There are several products of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) , there are some diffrent colour , the most commun colour are the transparent white and black, this product ( HWPC ) is black.
For the Type HWPC, the raw material has been washed, , the final product can be used as the raw material of the pipes, bucket, trash can, basin and so on.
Once the semi-product is ready , it's from now we will begin the produce process. In order to control the quality of the final product, we settle one quality manager , one Chinese technicien and few techniciens for one machine. The quality manager will be in charge of the verification of the final product. If there is abnormality, he will report it to the Chinese technicien and they will handle it as soon as possible. That is the manuel control, but for the machine side , in order to make sure the purity of the granule , we also used two pieces of 120 mesh like for the other material so that we can get rid of as much as the impurity possible .
At the other side , we also installed a laboratory for testing the different kinds of material, the technical data sheet is available for all kind of product. Our testing machines can test these item down below :
