PRODUCTION PROCESS:
Raw Materials: High quality steel raw materials, suitable hardness, not easy to break or deform.
Automatic cutting: Pressing production line has 25T to 1200T pressing equipment, meeting all kinds of cutting needs.
Thermo-forming: Precise moulds get precise shaping.
Tempering: Special gas used in tempering, to make up the chemical elements which lost during heating treatment, to double the work life than normal technology, proprietary heat treatment technology designed and developed by Jinxi.
Painting: Blades use electrostatic painting or brand water-based paint, to get excellent surface and long time rust-protective. And drying process is added for liquid painting to improve the quality of the paint adhesion to blade surface.
Packing: All product are well tested and packed before delivery.
Packing: The rotary blade for motor cultivator can be packed in carton and iron cage, or packed according to customers' request.
Shipping: Within 1-3 weeks, depends on total order quantity.
