Pneumatic Vent Valve

The air volume regulating valve is an indispensable end fitting of central air conditioning in the ventilation, air conditioning and air purification engineering of civil buildings in industrial plants. It is generally used in the air conditioning and ventilation system pipes to regulate the air volume of branch pipes, as well as the mixed regulation of fresh air and return air.

Air volume control valve           

I. characteristics of air volume regulating valve           

(1) the size of the connecting pipe of the opposed multi leaf air volume regulating valve is the same as that of the rectangular air pipe specified by the national ventilation pipe standardization.           

(2) the air volume regulating valve blades are split type and open type, which are used as regulating valves in ventilation, air conditioning and air purification systems.           

(3) the air tightness of the air volume regulating valve is good, the relative air leakage is about 5%, and the regulating performance is good.           

II. Structural features of air volume control valve           

(1) the width of the air volume regulating valve blade is unified into four specifications, the blade shape is diamond shaped double blade, and the soft lap is used between the blades, so the sealing performance is good.           

(2) the valve body frame of the air volume regulating valve is cold-rolled and formed with 2mm galvanized plate, welded under the protection of carbon dioxide or processed and welded with ordinary Q235 plate; the blade is cold-rolled with 1mm galvanized plate to be corrugated, with two pieces of synthetic spot welded square shaft, or 2mm g235 steel plate cold pressed, single punched square shaft or welded round shaft.           

(3) the regulating valve is divided into manual and electric, according to the materials used: carbon steel plate, galvanized plate, aluminum alloy plate and stainless steel plate. The structure and specification of the valve body are the same.           

III. application scope of air volume control valve           

It is widely used in HVAC system of industrial, mining and civil buildings. It is one of the key equipment to realize the control of ventilation mode in various environments. Its main features are flexible operation, low noise, small leakage, (sealed leakage < 0.5%) wide working temperature area, reliable structure, safety and convenience.
