Importer: How about your tile quality?

Gresolution: Our tiles have been sold to many countries, such as Australia, Korea, Japan, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Qatar, South Africa, UAE, Lebanon, PK.BD. Quality has been proofed by buyers.

And our tiles have CE, ISO90001 and IOS14001 Certificates.

In China mainland, our porcelain tiles have been used widely in many projects, including many GOVERNMENT buildings.

Importer: Do you have stock?

Gresolution: All the designs shown have stock, but exactly quantity must be checked before ordering

Importer: I am a porcelain tile importer|distributor|wholesaler, how could we make the cooperation?

Gresolution: Usually we cooperate with our customers by EXCLUSIVE, one market, one design, one customer. Or if you need to trial the market, we will give you support at MOQ quantity.

Importer: I am building owners / designer / construction company, could you supply tiles to us?

Gresolution : Yeah, our porcelain tiles could be shipped to your project directly. If you have your own design or color standard, OEM service could be supplied as well.

Usually MOQ of OEM quantity is 3000 sqm per color. All sizes (600*600, 600*1200, 750*1500, 900*1800, 1200*2400, 1600*3200 mm) and designs (Stone look, marble look, concrete look or MONO colors) could be available.

And the decor parts such as Stairs, bull nose, drain tiles , skirting border all could be available.  

Importer: How about your after sale service?

we will be responsible for our tile quality.

We will make two times inspections, during producing, one time. Before shipping, one time. Make sure all the porcelain tiles quality is ok. And when the tiles arrive your warehouse, pls make the inspection as well. Any problem, pls let me know.

If there has any quality problem, pls show us clearly photos, code no., color shade. Clearly quality problem photos or video, we will resolve the problem for you.
