Along with our unique brewing style , this allows us to create an especially mild and sweet pure rice premium sake(15%ABV).
Our brand of pure rice sake has 3 to 5 times the sweetness when compared to ordinary pure rice sake and this is what sets it apart from the crowd.
The fruity aroma and exceedingly delicate taste in the mouth perfectly develops into a complex balance between gentle sweetness and just the right degree of acidity.
