Q：How long time you need take for production?

A：For our own branded products, if there is inventory, it will be shipped 72 hours after the full payment. If there is no stock, production will be scheduled and shipped within 7-10 days. For OEM products, in the formulation, design, bottle in general, the production period is 25 days, special circumstances (may extend the reason for packaging or printing, expected 35-40 days)。

Q：What is the Validity period for your products?

A:3 years

Q:What is the OEM order quantity?

A: The order quantity of our OEM orders is generally 1000pcs per unit. May I know how many quantity you need? Normally MOQ1000pcs, the price is very competitive. When the quantity from 100-500pcs, the price would be little bit higher. We can quote you the regular bottles and designs for your reference, depending on your design and the bottle you choose. Below is the MOQ of bottle and label&printing for you reference. The specific quantity also depends on the bottle/tube/jar you choose. For the bottle which out of stock, MOQ is 5000pcs-10,000pcs. For the bottle/tube/jar in the inventory, MOQ could be 100-500pcs. The MOQ of stickers and printing is also 1000pcs.

A: Our payment methods include wire transfer(TT, Western Union, credit card (including debit card), online banking payment (US, Germany/France buyers only), Boleto (limited to Brazilian buyers), pay later (US buyers only) , Paypal。
