2 Spinneret finished hardness is more than HV180.

Note: the weight of the test is 0.98N and the holding time is 15s.

3 Surface roughness

a. Spinneret surface roughness Rz ≤ 0.4μmm

b. The rest of the surface roughness Rz ≤ 3.2μmm

4 Naked eye significantly pits, scars, creases and wavy are not allowed in the surface hole area of the spinneret which spinning short filament , non porous area allows a few defects.

The spinneret surface of spinning long filament is not allowed to be defective.

Note:

a. The hole area refers to the inner side of the hole group, and the edge of the outermost hole of the hole group adds a pitch-row to the enclosed area.

b. In addition to the above areas, the rest section is nonporous area.

5 For the hat-shaped spinneret, the flatness tolerance of the spinneret surface and the edge of the hat is shown in following table. (mm)

6 The spinneret holes are arranged evenly, and the straightness tolerance of the channel is 0.15mm.

A. For hat shape spinnerets, the deviation of the spinneret circle distance and the deviation of the same pitch hole distance both are ±0.03mm;

B. For tile-shape spinnerets, the deviation of the distance between the adjacent spinneret holes is ±0.05mm.

C. For tile-shape spinnerets, the spinneret punching zone is symmetrically distributed on the spinneret, and the symmetry tolerance is 0.50mm.

7 Spinneret thickness b, when spinneret surface area is not less than 1256mm2: allows a place of 0.02mm per 100mm2 in the ultra poor; when the total area is not less than 4298mm2,  allows a place of 0.02mm per 100mm2 in the ultra poor.

8 The spinneret hole-shape and bore diameter tolerance

8.1 The circular tolerance of spinneret hole is 0.003mm, and the circularity tolerance of viscose filament spinneret hole is 0.002mm.

8.2 In addition to viscose filament spinneret, the total number of defective holes is not greater than 30% of the total number of holes.

8.2.1 The total number of holes whose deviation on spinneret hole d over 0.002mm, is no more than 3‰ of the total hole number.

8.2.2 Aperture deviation from 0.006~0.5dmm discontinuities is no larger than 0.1‰of the total hole number.

8.2.3 The burr hole number is less than 2% of the total number of holes, for burr height is less than or equal to 0.003m.

8.2.4 polygon, notch and jagged hole (defects value less than 0.015mm), is not more than 1% of the total number of holes.

8.2.5 Oblique hole whose value A is less than or equal to 0.005mm , must be less than 30% of the total number of holes.

9 Inspection rules

9.1 Before leaving the factory, the spinneret finished by the manufacturer must pass inspection in accordance with this standard, and accompanied by a certificate of quality.

9.2 It is required to use 100 times the microscope to test the 6~3 technical requirements of spinneret.

9.3. When the dirty hole and burr hole can not distinguish, can be regular cleaning, such as after repeated cleaning can not remove dirt, then regard as burr hole.

9.4 when the finished product is handed over, the factory may inspect and inspect the spinneret finished products according to the technical requirements specified in this standard.

Each spinneret has passed theabove test before leaving the factory to ensure quality. And we can provide the test record.
