Warm Notice:

 1. The punch press must have the corresponding control programs.

 2. Curve, circular arc and circle can be processed on the indexing station.

 3. After processing without over-lapping or stamping mark on sheet, upper

     and lower wheel can be changed.

 4. High-speed forming equivalent to the moving speed of carriage.

 5. The minimun turning radius is 40mm, depending on the width of the

     rolling wheels.

 6. The machining range: thickness S.S. 0.8-1.5mm, S.P.C.C. 0.8-2.0mm,

     AL 0.8-2.5mm;

     The forming height is 2-3 times of the material thickness, the forming

     width is 2 times of the forming height, and the max width.

 7. Regard to rolling rib tool, the max width of punch is 12.7mm, the  max

     width of die is 7.92mm.

 8. One rolling rib tool just can work on one kind of thickness material, if

    you need to proceed with different thickness, you just need to change

    the wheels of pinch and die.
