SONY SDI Interface Board SONY Coding Control Board FCB-EV7500 FCB-EH, FCB-EV series Zoom Camera Block
The HD HD / 3g-sdi output control board developed and designed by our company is specially designed for the research and development of Sony FCB HD integrated core module
It is compatible with core modules such as Sony HD fcb-eh3410 & ch3410, fcb-eh3310 & ch3310, fcb-eh3150 & ch3150, fcb-eh6300 & ch6300, fcb-eh6500 & ch6500, fcb-ev7500 & cv7500, fcb-ev5500 & cv5500, fcb-ev7100 & cv7100, fcb-ev7300 & cv7300, fcb-ev7310 & cv7310, fcb-ev5300 & cv5300.
The control board is widely used and can be compatible with security, intelligent transportation, unmanned flight equipment, snapshot booth, police car, amblyopia and video conference.
This control board adopts two 4-layer military grade PCB boards. The surface is gold-plated, which is convenient for tin loading and avoids faulty welding. The electronic components such as 75 ohm pure copper BNC connector, ARM processor, thick sound brand capacitor resistor are selected to make HD-SDI signal pass eye chart test.
Functional features:
1. Access Sony FCB HD integrated movement module through LVDS line * 1, without any setting for movement, and can automatically identify and display HD SDI signal.
2. Call out OSD menu through key, 485 control keyboard or decoding board, so as to set various technical parameters of the core module and save their parameter values.
3. This control board can output HD-SDI and YPbPr (component) signals synchronously, or standard CVBS signals separately, which is convenient for the construction site to debug the camera position and set technical parameters with engineering treasure.
4. The infrared lamp can be connected externally, and there is an external synchronization interface for the infrared lamp. Through the parameter setting of the movement, the phenomenon that the color cannot turn black synchronously with the infrared lamp can be avoided.
5. Support RS485 control, automatically identify PELCO-D, pelco-p protocol, baud rate 2400bps, 4800bps, 9600bps, address 1-255.
6. Support the power-off memory function. When the parameter setting of the movement is saved and the movement is powered off, it is not necessary to set the parameters of the movement again.
7. Support 232 control, convenient for communication with computer or MCU (optional).
8. The unique video format change settings make it convenient to change the video format to 720p50, 1080i50, CVBS or change the video format remotely through 485 control keyboard when the image display cannot be seen.
9. Unique 10 preset positions and automatic cruise function, cruise time is 5-999 seconds. (matching)
10. Auxiliary function switch can be selected to facilitate the control of wiper and other external equipment.
11. It can access various domestic movements supporting Sony and visca protocols (check Sony HD movement)
12. Size: 55mm * 56mm * 19mm (excluding the height of BNC connector and relay).
