The DFA series scotch yoke actuator was created with balance, high strength, high efficiency stroke, multi-function module features, compact appearance, and is extensively used in the oil and marine areas.

Top mounting confirms to VDI/VDE3845 standard, permits to install accessories of EP-positioner and limit switch box. Bottom interface connection confirms to ISO5211 for valve installation.

To withstand harsh weather, chemical, and petroleum conditions, the DFA series actuators have three levels of internal and exterior coatings. The inside surface of the cylinder is coated with PTFE, which makes it more corrosion resistant and self-lubricating.

The guide rod and piston rod feature a sophisticated surface treatment that, when paired with self-lubricating bearings, offers improved wear resistance and increases the life of all sliding components.

Superior surface finishes and self-lubricating bearings on the piston rod and guide block connection improve input energy transmission straight to the valve stem. Efficiency is further boosted by the tension-loaded spring, which minimizes radial stresses on the piston rod. Connects the piston rod to the guide block, correcting for side load deflection and decreasing rod, bearing, and seal wear.

O-rings are fitted on bodies, caps, and so on, which ensures water ingress protected.

Bi-directional travel stops integral to the actuator, the stops allow 80°to 100°total travel adjustment.

Patented spring module design, output torque was adjustable and increase by 10%-25% to adapt valve torque characteristics，bigger size actuator cost was saved.
