2, according to the printing ink layer thickness of the photosensitive layer coating system required thickness, photographic ink film thickness = thick × 1.25 above;

3, after the first coating to be completely dry before the second operation, and so on until the desired thickness of the coating to;

4, dry and dark, so the oven temperature 45 ± 5 °C (naturally dried); baking temperature exceeds 55 °C will cause colloidal thermal reaction, reducing the imaging results, and even cause the waste edition;

5 different series of different brands sensitive adhesive thickness can not be used as a normal, general product should not exceed 30μm.
