Segment Magnets

SmCo is also known as SmCo permanent magnets, SmCo permanent magnetic iron and also rare-earth cobalt permanent magnets. From ore samarium and cobalt, SmCo magnet is produced after a series of processes including burdening, melting, milling, pressing and sintering. SmCo magnets also have high performance, low coefficients with high working temperatures up to 350 degrees centigrade. When working above 180 degrees centigrade, maximum energy product BH and steady temperature are superior to NdFeB magnetic materials. SmCo magnets do not require coating because they are difficult to erode and resist oxidization. SmCo magnets are commonly used for space probes, various military uses, automobiles, bullet trains, microwave based appliances, medical equipment, motors, magnetism spreading devices, sensors, magnetic processors, magnetic lifters and so on. NGYC also provides surface treatments with nickel, zinc, tin and gold plating as well as spray applied epoxy resins on request.
