Product Descriptions:

SiCare®9946 is a large molecular weight silicone cross-linking copolymer dispersing in low viscosity and non-volatile dimethicone. It has soft and moist velvety skin feel with powdery texture, long-lasting film forming, can cover tiny wrinkles, smoothen the skin, and provide a soft focus misty feel.

In skin care products, it improves the application of the product, reduces the stickiness of the formula and enhances the moisturizing performance of the product, making the skin soft; in sunscreen products, it brings better use and durability; in makeup products, it provides a matte effect, enhances water resistance, and also absorbs sebum to give products oil control properties. Due to its non-volatile nature, it can be added to solid formulations such as lipsticks to avoid shrinkage of the product caused by the volatilization of volatile oils, bringing a better moisturizing feel and achieving the "matte but not dry" effect. It can also be used as a binding agent for powder cosmetics.
The content of cyclic siloxane in the product conforms the requirements of EU regulations.

Usage:
It should be added along with the oil/silicone phase. Before processing, be sure SiCare®9946 is well-dispersed in oil phase.
