Ingredients
1 Polyester fiber has high strength and wear resistance, but also has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, widely used in the manufacture of various spunlaced non-woven products.
2 The crystallinity and orientation of the viscose fiber are low, the cross section is irregular jagged, there is an obvious uneven skin core structure, and the cortex is thin.
Strong viscose fiber has a fine and uniform microcrystalline structure, moderate orientation, uniform cross section, smooth outline of the whole skin structure.
Polinosik fiber is a full-core layer structure with higher crystallinity, larger crystal region size and higher orientation, and approximately circular cross section. The main feature of Polinosik fiber forming is to avoid the degradation of cellulose as much as possible, so that the natural cellulose structure remains unchanged during the dissolution and solidification process as much as possible, and the use of mild and uniform solidification conditions, such as low acid, low salt, low temperature and low spinning speed.
The variable high wet modulus fiber belongs to the core structure of thick skin, and the outer edge of cross section is smooth. The cortex provides toughness while the core layer remains rigid. Its toughness is lower than that of strong silk but higher than that of Polinosik, and its rigidity is higher than that of strong silk and lower than that of Polinosik. It is a fiber that combines the characteristics of Polinosik and strong silk. The crystallinity, grain size and orientation of the fibers are lower than that of Polinosik, but higher than that of strong fibers. Its forming characteristics are basically similar to those of strong silk.
The cross section shape and thickness distribution of the permanently crimped viscose fiber are not symmetrical, and there are different internal stresses in each part of the transverse drum.
The characteristics of the process of permanent crimp viscose fiber are to improve the ripening index of viscose, low sulfuric acid concentration in the solidification path, high sodium comb concentration, high bath temperature, and appropriately increasing the stretch ratio, especially adding a section of air stretching after plasticization control, is conducive to increasing the crimp of the fiber
Non-woven process flow:
The principle of reinforcing fiber net by spunling method is similar to that of needling process, but instead of needling, multiple strands of micro-water jet generated by high pressure are used - spunling machine jets fiber net.
After the water jet passes through the fiber network, the rebound of the net curtain is entrusted to interpenetrate the fiber network again. Therefore, the fibers in the fiber network will displace, interpenetrate, tangle and hug under the hydraulic action of the interpenetration of high-speed water jet in different directions, thus strengthening the fiber network.
The door width can be made of 10cm-320cm (different door width can be customized according to customer requirements) made of spinger technology.
