1.Batching

n The aggregate hopper is equipped with grate to get rid of the oversized material.

n The outer side of aggregate hopper is equipped with vibrator to help dropping , operation is steady and efficient.

n The belt  scale is frequency control to ensure the accuracy of aggregate flow. The tension and centering of the belt is adjustable, the operation is steady.

n The skirt belt minimizes the material splashing. The weighing accuracy is ±2%.

n The arch-breaking device is optional for those sticky material and those which is easy to arch in order for easy flowing.

2.Aggregate conveying

n Motorized pulley with strong capacity, steady performance, low noise and long life.

n Channel steel frame is strong and stable with long life.

n Deviation prevention,double guarantee:screw tension device at the tail adjusts the belt tension freely; centering roller device in the middle part adjusts the center automatically.

n Sweepers at both ends ensure the cleaning of the belt efficiently.

3.Weighing system

  Cement weighing

  Variable frequency screw weighing, no pollution, no waste, high efficiency and environmental protection, cement weighing accuracy : ±1% 

  Water weighing

  Manual frequency control weighing, easy and simple operation.

  Turbine flow-meter weighing is optional, electric control, less error: ± 1%.

4.Dedusting system

  Pulse bag filter / filter element dust collector is optional with high dedusting efficiency and low maintenance cost.

5.Mixing system

n Compared with traditional lining plate mixer, ours is horizontal twin shaft continuous mixer with non-lining technology, strong adaptability, small volume, large output and efficient and stable operation.

n Plug-in mixing arm for easy maintenance.

n Double driving motor with low noise, low failure rate and stable operation.

n A variety of materials of different kinds and specifications can be mixed, and a variety of mix proportion stabilized soil can be prepared.

n The body of the mixing pot is automatic robot welding technology, which ensures the quality and long service life.

6.Control system

  The control system realizes automatic control, semi-automatic control and manual control. It has the functions of formula input and storage, automatic splash error correction, parameter adjustment, scale calibration, automatic fault diagnosis, automatic alarm and real-time printing.

7.Installation
