Steel cylinder furnace

Continuous cylinder heat treatment gas furnace for cylinder heat treatment. The whole furnace body heating is divided into three sections.
The first feeding section (horizontal structure); the second heating section (horizontal); the third insulation section (horizontal).
Process design parameters and requirements: continuous cylinder heat treatment gas furnace: the total length is 25m-35m (formulated according to the user's demand), the furnace shell is welded with high-quality steel plate, the furnace lining is made of high-quality refractory brick, and the thermal insulation is made of ceramic fiber, and the overall thermal insulation performance of the furnace body is good.
