The steel wire mesh skeleton polyethylene composite pipe is divided into three layers, namely the core pipe, the steel wire layer and the outer PE layer. Among them, the core tube and steel wire winding layer are used to bear the internal pressure of the pipe, and the outer PE layer is mainly used for welding connection. Both the core tube and the outer PE layer are made of PE80/PE100 grade raw materials by hot melt extrusion, and the steel wire winding layer is made of HDPE modified material and left and right winding steel wires. The modified HDPE and HDPE can be melted into a whole under heating conditions. At the same time, its polar bond has strong adhesion to steel (200N/25mm, ASTMD903).
Due to the use of high-quality materials and advanced production technology, it has higher pressure resistance, and at the same time, the composite pipe has excellent flexibility, which is more suitable for long-distance buried water supply and gas pipeline systems.
