JISCO SCS锌铝镁合金镀层板带是以冷轧钢板为基材,双面热浸镀锌-铝-镁合金镀层的镀层钢板。镀层成分质量百分比为Zn-11%AL-3%Mg-0.2%Si-Ni-RE。其显微组织由Zn、Al和Zn2Mg的致密三元共晶组织构成,不但具有铝的物理保护性能、锌的牺牲腐蚀电化学保护特性,而且Mg的添加使耐腐蚀性能更加优越,Si、Ni、稀土的添加,更加优化镀层的附着性和耐蚀性能。

The JISCO SCS zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy coating strip is a coating steel plate with cold-rolled steel plate as the base material and double-sided hot dip galvanic-aluminum-magnesium alloy.The percentage of coating composition mass was Zn-11%Al-3%Mg-0.2%Si-Ni-RE.Its microstructure consists of the dense ternary eutectic tissues of Zn, Al, and Zn2Mg.It not only has the physical protection properties of aluminum, the sacrificial corrosion electrochemical protection properties of zinc, and the addition of Mg makes the corrosion resistance more superior. The addition of Si, Ni and rare earths will further optimize the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coatings.
The JISCO SCS zinc-aluminum magnesium alloy plating plate has excellent corrosion resistance, and the 275g/m2 coating quality is better than the corrosion resistance of the 700g galvanized surface under harsh conditions required by the market, and has self-repair at the cut-end surface, high hardness, and good scratch resistance.
