Super transparent and barrier-free ultra-white glass

(1) Different iron content
The main difference between the transparency of ordinary white glass and ultra-white glass is that the amount of iron oxide is different, the content of ordinary white is more, and the content of ultra-white is less.

(2) Different light transmittance
Because the iron content is different, the light transmittance is also different.

The transmittance of general white glass is about 86%; Ultra-white glass is a kind of ultra-transparent low-iron glass, also known as low-iron glass and high-transparent glass. The transmittance can reach more than 91.5%.

(3) The self-explosion rate of glass is different
Because the ultra-white glass raw materials generally contain less impurities such as NiS, the fine control during the melting process of the raw materials makes the ultra-white glass have a more uniform composition than ordinary glass, and its internal impurities are less, which greatly reduces the possibility of self-explosion after tempering.

(4) Different color consistency
Since the iron content in the raw material is only 1/10 or lower than that of ordinary glass, the ultra-white glass absorbs less of the green band in visible light than ordinary glass, ensuring the consistency of the glass color.
