Supermarket Boltless Shelf

Light shelf is a very economical and practical Supermarket or warehouse shelf. Because of its light weight, it is often called light shelf. The shelf is composed of three kinds of components: column pieces, beams, and laminates. The light-duty shelf adopts a screw-free combined design, which is convenient and quick to install and disassemble. It is suitable for storing some light and small items. It is a kind of shelf. The structure of the light shelf is the same as that of the medium one, which can be disassembled and self-assembled. The layer height can be adjusted freely at a distance of 5cm, but its material specifications are relatively small and the load capacity is relatively small. Shelves should be stable and reliable. Within a span of 1500cm, it can carry 100-200kg. The surface is plastic sprayed, beautiful and clean. Suitable for storage of light and medium-sized items and manual access.

① The specifications of the light shelf column are: 30 * 50 * 1.0C steel, which is made of high-quality strip steel through Kaiping, automatic rolling mill rolling, punching, and cutting according to the height specified by the customer.

② Light-duty shelf laminates are made of high-quality cold plates, through flattening, slitting, bending forming, and welding stiffeners.

③ After processing light shelf columns and laminates into semi-finished products, the last process can be sprayed. After completion, it can be packed and shipped.

④ Light-duty shelves are an ideal alternative to the simple steel shelves that were welded on the original enterprise and simple shelves with wooden planks. The product has low cost, safety and reliability, simple assembly and disassembly, and can be used alone.
